Wow, it's amazing just how much life can change in such a short time. Like seriously think about it! It's crazy like can u imagine how weird it would be to get in a car accident and all of a sudden be paralyzed? Or go in for a check up because you aren't feeling well and find out you have cancer and most likely will only live for 2 more years? If you found out that you had only 2 years left in your life what would u do? What would your ambitions be? Would they change? Would you change your lifestyle? You know a lot of people say you should life the YOLO (You only live once) life, but in reality if you believe in God and heaven we don't only live once. In fact most people will live twice and those who are dead currently will. I sometimes think about my life and wonder what I should change. I should change a lot.
But anyways enough boring seriousness. Haha have u ever heard the cookie joke? I'm gonna tell you because I'm just that bored. Okay so theres this baker and he is driving down the road to deliver some cookies and all of a sudden he hears from the back "I'm freeeee, I'm freeee!" and he asks himself "What in the world is going on??". So ther man gets out and looks in the back and theres a cookie running around and he is all "Hey! Get back in your box!" so he puts the cookie back in the box and closes the back. Then the baker continues driving and hears the same "I'm freeee, I'm freee!" and he puts the coookie in the box telling him once more to not leave. A little time passes and he is just crossing a bridge when he hears the same "I'm freeeee, I'm freeee!" and he swerves hitting the side of the bridge. At this moment the impact of the collision throws the back door open and the cookie jumps out runs on the bridge and falls in the river below. Now I'm gonna tell you another joke. So there was this guy and he was waling on the beach with his girlfriend, he had taken her there planning to propose. While at the beach he decides that this is the moment of truth and he reaches for the ring. Just when hes about to bow on one knee and pop the question he gets so nervous that he drops the ring. Frantically he looks for the ring but cannot find it. So the next day he decides to go fishing, this is his hobby for reflecting on life. He finally catches a fish and pulling it in he looks inside the mouth and what do u think he sees?
Oh by the way apparently these blogs are all going in a book! Were using a new program called Papyrus Editor. It's cool. Haha okay well I am bored now so I'm gonna tell you the answer to that joke and go. It was the cookie in the fish's mouth. Not the ring... Ok bye now!

Skiing
We went skiing again last Thursday, it was lots of fun. For the first two hours we have to go to a lesson so it's kinda annoying. Then we had lunch, after that we went skiing until four o'clock. We went to supper at taco bell it wasn't that great, then we drove home and that was ski day.

Ugggg... I don't want to be in school right now! We have to do this stupid thing called PressBook and do,I don't even know what for media class. Does writing a book seem like media to you? I don't think so.. Oh well, such is the life of a DayStar student. But anyways so this PressBook thing says I'm a spammer so it won't even let me get on but I don't mind anyways. Haha I don't feel like writing a book. I mean I guess the concept of PressBook is kinda cool but I want to sleep write now! I want to go eat the cake that me and my friend made today for another students birthday. It's vanilla and we made this amazing cream cheese frosting thats lemonade flavored! Its really easy to make. All it is is butter, cream cheese, vanilla(a tiny bit), powdered sugar, and CountryTime lemonade. You should try it sometime its so good! Hey I just found out we might finally get to do some hands on media stuff! Like take someones senior portraits! Hallelujah! Finally!
Wow, I never thought blogging would be fun like at all. I would never want to do it in my life but apparently my life just got so boring I actually blogged on my own! Oh man I forgot! Okay, so tomorrow for English we have to do a presentation on a How to Paper. Anyways so my parents were supposed to send me something for the presentation(my school is a boarding school) and they didn't and if I don't have it for my presentation tomorrow I'm screwed! There goes my English grade.. And we have an English test too. Yea, I can kiss my English grade goodbye. And that sucks because I just got it so I have straight A's! My only non "A" is in a class that doesn't even effect my GPA.
O, I totally forgot!! My friend Morena gave me a cupcake today or Valentines day and it was so amazing! It was red velvet, one of my favorite flavors. And my brother even got me something, it was so sweet. He got me chocolate. Dude, me and my friends agreed to be a team and relay in a triathlon. So I think I'm doing the swimming which is 750 meters(I think I'm gonna die) and my friends are doing the biking(12 miles) and running(3.1 miles). I don't know how in the world were gonna do it but were gonna try and we have 3 months to train. The triathlon is May 19. Hopefully at the least I'll be able to loose some weight and gain some muscles even if I can't finish.
Entrepreneurship. You ever heard of it? Its cool. But it sounds really hard, risky and time-consuming. I hope I never have to make a business out of it. That would suck. Haha, I'm in class right now listening to my teacher talk about entrepreneurship. Exciting stuff! But hey! After this class It's dinner and I get to eat the cake that I made. Woo-Hoo! I really want fresh coconut water right now! Belize I miss you!!!
Anyways I think I'm gonna go now. Bye!

Mission Trip - Belize C.A. 2013 - Kendra Ward
This last month my school went on a mission trip to Belize C.A. It was AMAZING!!! They have the best pineapple you will ever taste and this amazing fruit called Sour Sop. They also have star fruit and these adorable bananas called apple bananas. It was weird I actually liked the apple bananas. Usually I hate bananas but these were like amazing! If you ever go to Belize you have to try them! Oh and there is this Ice Cream shop called Cayo Twist that is the bomb! It's vegan Ice Cream but I like it even better than real. I could totally be vegan if I llived in Belize!
The main reason my school went to Belize on a Mission Trip was so we could built twenty-two one day churches. We only were able to build nine of those though because the people that where supposed to go before us and put stakes in didn't end up finishing them all. Building churches in the hot humid bug filled Belizean air is surprisingly fun. You get the joy of knowing you are helping someone be able to worship God in the rain and extreme heat. Even though we thought it got hot when we were in Belize to them that was their winter. At one of the church work sites it was extremely hot and there was no shade except for a little tiny tree. I now know how appreciative Noah was for his little tree. Anyways, so as we were baking in the sun some locals brought a tent type covering and abunch of chairs and cold juice. They even brought us lunch and we had the most amazing beans, rice, Chicken (for those who ate meat) and veggie-meat. I think this was my favorite work site because the people were so appreciative, willing to help, and kind.
While in Belize we visited Mayan ruins, the Belize Zoo, and we got to go to Caye Caulker to snorkel. You have to ridew in a boat to get to Caye Caulker and once you get there you take a little boat out and then a guide shows you around the coral reefs. I got to touch a sting ray and a nurse shark! It was one of the most amazing experiences ever. We got to see a bunch of amazing little fish and even a Moray Eel.
If I ever get a chance I will go back to Belize in a second. If you ever get the chance of going there don't pass it up! You will never regret going there! Belize was filled with lots of good fruit, and good memories.

Mission Trip - Belize C.A. 2013 - Chris Hess
Well we went on a mission trip to Belize, it was lots of fun, we built nine one day
churches. It was really hot and humid, and the sun shone every time we worked.
Whenever we had a free day it rained.
While we where there we got to try all kinds of foods like soursop and fresh
coconuts, they where so good!
One time when we where working on a church and this guy brought us a huge cart
full of fresh coconuts, it was so awesome.
One of our free days we went to Caye Caulker and some of us went scuba-diving.
Me and some other guys walked around the island, went swimming, and got some
food. Over all we had lots of fun. Chris Hess

Our New Business
In school, specifically our life skill, media, we were told to create and design a website that would represent our business. Our business, Backgrounds 4 Life, Is designed to help businesses create their own company. We design logos and backgrounds. This assignment is actually a little fun, our last one we had to write a paper. It was a bit entertaining but mostly boring. It was on Bill Gates. Can u relate? Comment if u can.
